I've done my fair share of challenges over my time and all have focused on just losing the weight, not RELEASING the negativity in your life. The girl on the left is me a year ago. I was extremely depressed, insecure, and very unhealthy. The woman on the right is me now. Happy, confident, and feeling the healthiest I have ever been in my life. It is amazing what can happen in a year. All it takes to change your life is YOU! That girl never saw her potential..she didn't think she was worthy. BUT, this woman KNOWS who she is and what she wants. I want a healthy and happy life. I want to show my son's and my neice what it means to take care of yourself so that you can be you BEST self!
